




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform non-aggressive collections, remind students of re-enrollment deadlines, maintain customer files, provide personalized service, and prepare reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Join our team at UCAD! **Position:** **Responsibilities:** * Make telephone calls and send emails to students and tutors to recover overdue accounts (non-aggressive collections). * Call students to remind them of their re-enrollment process. * Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer file. * Provide personalized service to students. * Prepare reports. Draft periodic reports on recovered amounts and collections. * Ensure timely recovery of payments. **Requirements:** * One year of recent experience in customer service and/or telephone collections, either by phone and/or face-to-face. * Excellent telephone communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work proactively. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (verifiable) * Completed high school education **We Offer:** · Monthly salary: $9,500 · Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation bonus, profit sharing) **Work Location:** * Gustavo A.
