




Mexican company in the Machinery sector is seeking: **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** Incomplete degree / Degree / Technical certification in Economics-Administration fields. Experience: 2 years or more in administrative activities and office support. Data entry and documentation, reporting and analysis. Advanced computer, smartphone and IT skills. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Verifiable experience in administrative tasks. ***Mandatory: Experience in timely work delivery with results. Immediate availability*** Employment recommendation letters—minimum of 2 letters. **Responsibilities:** Preparation of reports. Preparation of quotations and contracts. Support for Logistics coordination. Support for Sales department. Placing orders with suppliers. Billing of expenses and expenditures on web portals. Preparation of maintenance reports. Procurement of insurance policies. Monitoring of processes and procedures related to machinery, equipment and inventory administration. **We offer:** Base monthly salary: $ 11,000.00 net Productivity bonus based on aptitude (1,000 pesos).
