Position Summary: We are seeking a Private Security Instructor to design, implement, and report on training plans, as well as respond to audits and carry out corrective processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of private security training plans 2. Management of corrective processes and audit response 3. Development of visual tools for training PRIVATE SECURITY INSTRUCTOR Location: TOLUCA AND SURROUNDING AREAS Responsibilities: * Establish the work plan for basic course training. * Design on-site training plans according to the annual calendar. * Deliver the annual training calendar. * Submit base- and site-based training reports. * Initiate corrective processes upon detection of serious risks or vulnerability situations in service. * Respond to audits. * Design and/or develop visual tools to support the training process. * Perform duties inherent to the position. * Carry out administrative tasks.
