Experience: Minimum 2 years managing and monitoring social media platforms Skills and knowledge: Communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of and ability to develop strategies across all social media platforms, as well as content creation. Responsibilities: * Build, expand, and manage the brand’s presence on social media: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Spotify. * **Create, edit, and monitor automated conversation flows using tools such as Manychat (mandatory)**. * Manage the brand’s identity and image across all digital channels. * Design, write, schedule, and publish social media content. * Review and respond to direct messages, comments, and questions on platforms. * Strengthen stable and lasting relationships with online customers. * Interact with followers to grow the community. * Identify trends and relevant topics aligned with the business focus. * Detect opportunities and potential threats to the brand. * Schedule posts and generate engaging content. * Create and edit blogs for the website.
