Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely delivery A leading company in the food industry is seeking: Sales Executive – Retail Channel **Key Responsibilities** * Visit customers according to the established work plan. * Drive sales through strategic negotiation, increasing volumes and ensuring optimal inventory levels. * Monitor orders promptly and ensure their proper management. * Prepare the Call Book based on point-of-sale inventory audits. * Report daily progress, pending items, and field-identified opportunities. * Coordinate with the logistics department and internal teams for timely order delivery. * Manage, strengthen, and develop the assigned customer portfolio. **Requirements** * Completed technical or professional degree. * Proven experience in the food sector. * Experience in customer portfolio management and growth. * Knowledge of commercial planning and performance indicator tracking. * Proficiency in digital tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. * Availability to conduct fieldwork in the Valley of Mexico region. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $30,000 * Monthly bonus scheme of up to $28,000 upon goal achievement * 30 days’ year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Monthly food vouchers * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Utility vehicle * 2% savings fund contribution * Funeral assistance for immediate family members * Three annual food deliveries featuring company products * Statutory benefits **Location and Schedule** * Location: Valley of Mexico (fieldwork) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you want to advance your sales career and earn attractive performance-based income, apply now!
