Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Post job openings on various employment platforms and social media. Conduct candidate selection and evaluation through interviews and assessments. Coordinate and manage the selection process, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent. Manage communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire selection process. Experience: · Minimum 1 year.
