




**Kostik is seeking a Recruitment and Organizational Development Executive in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Recruitment and OD Executive for an industrial-sector company. The role’s objective is to manage recruitment and selection processes with a focus on industrial and engineering profiles, as well as drive organizational development initiatives that strengthen internal structure, reduce staff turnover, and contribute to team stability. ### **Recruitment Scope** * Recruitment of industrial and specialized technical profiles, including: * + Engineers (industrial, civil, mechanical, electrical, environmental, safety, process, etc.). + Specialized technicians. + Project coordinators and leaders. + Technical consultants and key operational personnel for projects. * Recruitment levels: * + Operational + Specialized administrative + Middle management ### **Key Responsibilities** #### **1. Recruitment and Selection** * Directly define job profiles with department heads and senior management, gaining deep understanding of technical, operational, and cultural requirements. * Design and execute talent attraction strategies targeting industrial profiles. * Proactively search through specialized job boards, social media, LinkedIn, candidate databases, and referrals. * Conduct initial screening and interviews. * Assess basic technical knowledge in coordination with technical leads or project managers. * Validate cultural fit, professional ethics, and operational availability of candidates. * Coordinate technical and final interviews. * Prepare clear, structured reports on finalist candidates. * Follow up on hiring processes, offer extensions, and vacancy closures. * Ensure efficient time-to-fill metrics. * Manage candidate databases and track active vacancies. #### **2. Personnel Tracking and Attendance Management** * Monitor and record attendance incidents: * + Absences + Tardiness + Leave requests + Vacations + Medical leaves * Track onboarding, offboarding, and internal personnel movements. * Serve as the primary HR contact point for employees. * Identify turnover risks and propose preventive actions. * Support offboarding processes and document reasons for turnover. #### **3.
