At **Industrial de Botanas Bajío**, we are seeking an experienced **Payroll Specialist**. Responsibilities: * Preparation and processing of weekly and biweekly payroll. * Recording and tracking of attendance incidents: absences, tardiness, vacations, medical leaves, permits, etc. * Calculation of severance payments, final settlements, and vacation bonuses. * Registration, termination, and modification of employee records with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Management of SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and other social security-related platforms. * Generation of payroll reports and support during internal and external audits. * Timely assistance to employees regarding payroll and social security matters. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 1 **year of experience as a Payroll Specialist**. * Experience with payroll systems (NOI, Nomipaq or similar systems preferred). * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). * Up-to-date knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and tax regulations. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, accuracy, and confidentiality.
