Knowledge of handling severance payments and labor agreements Completed Law Degree with TITLE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE \- MANDATORY \- \- Minimum 3 years of experience in Labor Law \- Drafting contracts; drafting resignation letters and settlement agreements \- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law \- Knowledge of handling severance payments and out-of-court labor agreements before the Labor Tribunal in Corporate Matters \- Knowledge of powers of attorney \- Knowledge of drafting corporate bylaws; knowledge of reading corporate statutes Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
