




Position Summary: Responsible for managing employee affiliation transactions, incident-related procedures, and social security payments, as well as participating in labor inclusion policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages employee affiliation and incident-related transactions. 2. Prepares monthly social security payment comparisons and files. 3. Actively participates in inclusion and corporate social responsibility policies. Carry out employee affiliation and incident-related transactions for personnel working for the organization, ensuring timely submission to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Retirement institutions. Prepare monthly comparisons of social security payments against payroll. Prepare social security tax payment files, both monthly and bimonthly. Attend to employee requests regarding affiliation-related transactions. Submit files for social security benefit payments. Organize documentation required for internal and external audits. Keep the SUA system updated by entering employee incidents and employer data modifications. Send filings and payments to external accounting firms for review of applied incidents and payroll comparisons. Prepare employer letters requested by employees for personal procedures. Actively participate in implementing labor inclusion policies, equal employment opportunities, and corporate social responsibility. Prepare quarterly reports on specialized services provided by ICSOE and SISUB. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
