




**Area:** Human Resources **Industry:** Construction **Job Description:** A growing construction company is seeking a Human Resources Manager, who will be responsible for managing and administering human capital processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and proper oversight of operational and administrative staff at construction sites and offices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational personnel (skilled workers, assistants, supervisors) and administrative staff. * Registration, termination, and salary modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) (IDSE, SUA). * Preparation and management of employment contracts and employee files. * Attendance tracking: attendance records, absences, medical leaves, and vacations. * Payroll calculation and support in payroll processing, severance payments, and settlements. * Monitoring of labor and social security obligations (IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot). * Employee support and resolution of labor-related inquiries. * Support during audits and labor authority requirements. * Implementation of internal policies and the Work Regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in construction or on-site work). * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, Infonavit, and SUA/IDSE systems. * Proficiency in Excel and payroll software. * Ability to work under pressure and with operational staff. **Competencies:** * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Decision-making * Teamwork * Confidentiality Job Type: Full-time Salary: $8,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
