A company specializing in commercial and industrial air conditioning services is seeking an **HR and General Services Analyst.** **Main Responsibilities** · Ensure efficiency and compliance of recruitment, selection, hiring, and employee separation processes. · Posting job openings and performing initial candidate screening. · Administer and monitor the onboarding process, as well as the training program to strengthen employees’ competencies. · Manage the performance evaluation process. · Record and track employee incidents and attendance. · Compile, validate, and keep physical and digital personnel files up to date. · Supervise equipment and facility maintenance. · Manage work vehicles (license plates, circulation cards, insurance, verification, etc.). · Coordinate preventive and corrective repairs. · Verify the proper condition of common areas. · Organize and supervise cleaning staff. · Ensure compliance with hygiene and order standards. · Monitor appropriate use of cleaning supplies. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * **Experience:** 2 years in similar roles. * **Knowledge:** · Recruitment, job portal management, and administrative processes. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Drive, Canva, and social media platforms. · Excellent spelling, writing skills, and communication ability. · Proactive, organized, detail-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment—mandatory. · Must reside in Tultepec or nearby areas. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary between $12,000 and $13,000 gross * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Quarterly performance bonus * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment * 3-month probationary period with possibility of indefinite-term contract * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays only if operations require it. * Work location: Tultepec, Mexico.
