Job Summary: This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all sports and recreational activities within a residential community, promoting residents' well-being. A prestigious residential community is seeking its next: Sports Coordinator We offer: Base salary of $17,000 gross Bi-weekly payments Statutory benefits 5% savings fund after one year of service Subsidized cafeteria Transportation Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–13:00 and 17:00–19:00; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 Responsibilities: Position Objectives: Plan, organize, and supervise all sports and recreational activities within the residential community, encouraging the use of amenities, healthy social interaction, and the well-being of residents of all ages. Main Responsibilities • Sports programming: Design monthly schedules for classes and tournaments: swimming, soccer, tennis, yoga, zumba, functional training, spinning. Assign non-overlapping time slots. • Instructor coordination: Recruit, train, and supervise instructors for each discipline. Verify certifications, maintain attendance records, and evaluate performance. • Facility management: Ensure optimal conditions of courts, gymnasium, swimming pool, and activity rooms. Coordinate with maintenance teams for cleaning, lighting, and repairs. • Registration control: Manage student enrollments and withdrawals, attendance lists, private class fees, and report income to administration. • Special events: Organize internal tournaments, summer camps, races, festive-themed activations, and exhibitions to promote sports participation. • Regulations and safety: Enforce usage rules in sports areas. Verify that instructors hold valid CPR certification and that first-aid kits are available. • Communication: Disseminate schedules, changes, and event information via WhatsApp groups, the residential app, or printed notices. Address resident complaints and suggestions. • Budgeting: Prepare annual budget for sports equipment, uniforms, and events. Obtain vendor quotations and optimize expenses. • Inventory management: Track balls, nets, dumbbells, mats, and teaching materials. Request replenishments before stock runs low. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in sports coordination. Knowledge of all sports, especially racket sports. Direct interaction with residents/customers. Preferred experience: Condominiums, hotels, or private clubs.
