




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to recruit, select, and manage the onboarding process for personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Active recruitment and selection of personnel 2. End-to-end management of the hiring process 3. Administration of psychometric tests Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role * Experience in industrial cafeterias or the food industry * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field · Responsibilities and Objectives: Attend and conduct outreach at job fairs organized in boroughs, plazas, etc., to attract and select candidates for interviews at designated offices. Identify the most effective recruitment sources aligned with organizational needs. Fill vacancies within your assigned work area as directed by your coordinator. Ensure candidates possess all required information and documentation prior to their office visit. Prepare onboarding files for new hires, verifying completeness of required documents. Submit completed onboarding files to the records department for validation and archiving. Assist in uniform distribution during new hire onboarding. Support data entry of new hires into the system to process their official onboarding. Administer psychometric tests. Provide candidates with necessary instructions for completing their employment contracts. Understand and comply with ISS’s HSEQ Policy, Vision 100, Objectives, and Basic Rules. Immediately report incidents, accidents, and near-misses to your direct supervisor; participate in or conduct corresponding investigations whenever required, and promptly report any unsafe or hazardous situations—whether affecting yourself or others—or any activity for which you lack proper training or authorization. Timely follow-up and closure of corrective and preventive action plans for which you are responsible or involved. Use work uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, and equipment provided by ISS and/or the client, as required to perform your duties.
