We are looking for a Concierge for a high-end residential property, service-oriented, to provide personalized service to national and international residents. This role is critical to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and comfort in the condominium’s daily operations. Responsibilities: Receive and assist residents and visitors courteously and professionally. Manage internal reservations: amenity usage and events. Monitor and report proper functioning of common areas. Support logistics for deliveries, correspondence, and moves. Route requests or complaints to the appropriate departments. Receive administrative documents (notices, notifications, management correspondence). Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in residential concierge, hospitality, or premium customer service. Intermediate English (desirable). Basic knowledge of technological tools (email, spreadsheets, management apps). Excellent appearance and communication skills.
