Your main responsibilities will be: - Reception Management: Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers. - Administrative Control: Manage expense tracking, billing, and petty cash verification. - Office Logistics: Coordinate supplies, internal messaging, and meetings. - Systems: Administer the telephone top-up system and support general administrative tasks. What do we require from you? Excellent service attitude and strong verbal communication skills. Proven experience in administrative or reception roles.
