We are looking for a procurement professional with construction experience to join our team as: Position Responsibilities: PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT (CONSTRUCTION / NEW CONSTRUCTION) Main Responsibilities: Strategically manage procurement of materials, equipment, services, and contractors for new construction and maintenance projects. Ensure timely supply of construction materials, finishes, engineering components, and structural elements according to project requirements. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure optimal pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules. Conduct quotation comparisons, unit price analysis, and budget validation. Coordinate purchase order tracking, deliveries, and contract compliance. Develop and maintain a nationwide supplier portfolio. Validate item catalogs and ensure compliance with applicable construction regulations. Supervise administrative and operational procurement processes while leading the assigned team. Position Requirements: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree (candidate or graduate). Experience: Minimum 2 years in procurement management or leadership roles. Required Industry: Preferable experience in technology, telecommunications, electronics, or security companies involved in construction and implementation projects. Marital Status: Not specified. Essential Knowledge: Procurement focused on construction and civil works. Construction materials, finishes, and specialized suppliers. Handling and analysis of unit prices. Interpretation of item catalogs. General knowledge of engineering disciplines, structural systems, and applicable regulations. Negotiation and contract drafting with suppliers and contractors. Design and modeling software (desirable). Planning, fieldwork, and coordination with operational departments.
