Drive TuHabi’s commercial growth by generating, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with B2B clients—primarily real estate agencies and ecosystem partners—while autonomously managing your commercial pipeline and the full sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Conduct consistent cold outreach via phone calls, LinkedIn, and field visits Develop and manage your own sales pipeline Qualify leads and identify opportunities aligned with the business strategy Build business relationships with brokers and real estate agencies Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, contact, presentation, negotiation, and closing Track opportunities promptly until conversion Achieve monthly commercial targets Manage leads from marketplace and broker networks Establish and strengthen relationships with real estate agencies and strategic partners Expand the network of active franchises and brokers Identify growth opportunities in new areas or markets Record commercial activities in CRM and keep the pipeline updated Monitor conversion and productivity metrics What are we looking for?
