Graduated or incomplete degree. 1 year of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment and printers. Proficiency in technical English. Responsibilities Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on computer equipment and printers. Monitor, track, and respond to incidents. Desirable: Knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi data networks. Track and manage incident resolution using the Service Desk tool. Ability to produce technical documentation. Desirable: Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Unified Communications. Excellent customer service attitude. Proficiency with Windows 7, 10, and 11, and macOS operating systems. Proficiency in installing and using Microsoft Office suite.
