Security protocol activation and tracking Job Objective: Continuously supervise and monitor CCTV and alarm systems for an important banking client, ensuring timely incident detection, correct application of security protocols, and immediate response to protect customers, staff, and facilities. Main Responsibilities: Real-time monitoring of CCTV cameras and alarm systems. Immediate detection, verification, and reporting of incidents or anomalies. Activation and tracking of security and emergency protocols. Preparation of logs and reports on events occurring during the shift. Ongoing communication with operational staff, security personnel, and response teams.
