Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, with Degree Certificate and Professional License (Mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial or manufacturing companies in occupational health matters * Experience managing employee rosters of over 400 staff members * Availability to travel to other work sites within the region when required Responsibilities: * Medical service coordination * Administration of entry and follow-up medical examinations * General consultations for employees * Administration of entry, periodic, and special medical examinations * Management of health and safety prevention campaigns and training * Situational diagnosis * Compliance with the annual training program * Medication control and inventory * Proper handling and organization of medical records according to regulations * Prevention and control of workplace accidents; health risk assessment for employees. * Handling of IMSS forms (ST7, ST9, ST2, etc.); providing pre-hospital emergency care for workplace incidents.
