Job Summary: We are seeking a Key Account Manager with experience in events and conventions to strategically manage operations, ensure profitability, and monitor performance indicators. We are looking for a Key Account Manager with experience in events, conventions, and key account management, capable of strategically managing operations, ensuring business profitability, and closely tracking performance indicators. This position requires a highly analytical, structured, organized, and process-oriented profile, with the ability to work with KPIs, budget control, continuous improvement, and achievement of service objectives. Responsibilities: Manage and develop key accounts, ensuring their retention, growth, and profitability. Design and implement strategies to optimize the operation of programs and events. Monitor service, operational, compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction KPIs. Identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement, proposing concrete action plans. Ensure compliance with processes, policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to guarantee efficient execution aligned with client objectives. Participate in defining and monitoring SLAs and performance metrics. Prepare executive reports, results analysis, and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Administer budgets, control costs, and monitor the profitability of each program or project.
