The ideal candidate is a leadership-driven, results-oriented individual with proven experience in supervising and closing construction projects. Responsibilities Monitor the overall construction schedule. Ensure compliance with deliverables for foundations, structural work, and civil works. Prepare progress reports and participate in meetings with clients and contractors. Identify risks in a timely manner and propose operational solutions. Essential Requirements Education: Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect. Experience: Supervision of at least 2 projects. Technical Knowledge Construction scheduling and control.
