Job Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with experience in general accounting, taxation, payroll, and regulatory compliance to manage and supervise accounting operations, ensuring record accuracy and process optimization. We are looking for a General Accountant to join our company. We need someone with proven experience in general accounting, calculation and filing of individual and corporate income taxes (provisional, final, and annual ISR), calculation and filing of informative tax returns (IEPS and Third-Party Transactions – DIOT), knowledge and use of the SAT portal, responding to SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT requests, invoice preparation, payroll calculation and stamping, payroll tax calculation, employer registration, IDSE transaction recording, REPSE registration, and quarterly ICSOE and SISUB filings. You will be responsible for managing and supervising all accounting operations, from financial statement preparation to monthly and annual reporting. You must maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records and ensure full compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving invoices, expense control, accounts receivable and payable management, and preparing detailed financial reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure proper application of accounting policies and process optimization. A meticulous approach and ability to work under pressure are required, as some tasks have critical deadlines. We seek a candidate with solid academic training in accounting and prior experience in a corporate environment. You must possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
