As undisputed leaders in plastic production and marketing, we are excited to present the following available position: EXPORT ANALYST Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Commercial Relations, or related field. • Desired experience: Minimum 6 months in an International Commercial Area (Customer Service, International Sales, Bilingual Call Center). Professional internships and/or Social Service are considered. • FLUENT ADVANCED ENGLISH (spoken and written). MANDATORY • Valid passport and valid U.S. visa (MANDATORY). Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for account attention and management in the United States, including direct and continuous communication with customers. • Preparation of quotations and post-sales follow-up. • Review and management of export documentation. • Reception and processing of purchase orders. • Coordination of shipping plans and contact with customs agents. • Issuance of certificates of origin and use of systems for logistical calculation. • Shipment, transportation, and delivery tracking. • International travel to attend trade fairs and visit customers and prospects.
