In this role, you will be responsible for connecting business, content, and execution—ensuring proper schedule management, continuous team development, and the creation of initiatives that drive the events strategy as a commercial opportunity engine for Siigo Fiscal. · Your Challenges: 1. Strategically lead the Tax Specialists & Speakers team by managing schedules, balancing operational workload, and monitoring performance—ensuring high standards in both technical quality and narrative delivery, while aligning the team with business objectives. 2. Plan and manage the team’s schedules for events, webinars, training sessions, and content production—ensuring efficient coverage of demand. Prioritize activities based on commercial impact and optimize the strategic use of speakers. 3. Ensure every piece of content, event, or talk addresses real market needs and has strong demand-generation potential. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to define event schedules, prioritize topics, and refine narratives to align objectives—keeping insights updated based on product usage and ensuring executional consistency. 5. Track and provide visibility into executed events, specialist participation, and content performance—identifying the most effective topics. 6. Drive the team’s continuous technical upskilling, ensuring specialists stay current on Mexican tax regulations, accounting trends, SAT criteria, and the strategic use of SIIGO Fiscal. Act as a bridge between Fiscal Product, Marketing, Communications, and the accountant segment to align knowledge and execution. 7. Collaborate with the team to define thematic pillars, content narratives, and pedagogical approaches—ensuring their evolution according to market dynamics. Base decisions on the fiscal calendar, team insights, business objectives, and performance analysis to guide strategy. 8. Lead research processes on tax trends, regulatory changes, and accountant needs to generate actionable insights—transforming findings into new topics, improved communication approaches, and commercial opportunities. · What We Need From You: - You hold a professional degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - You have at least 5 years of experience in project management—from planning through execution—ensuring proper implementation and follow-up. Of these, 2 years must involve leading teams, ideally in commercial areas or high-paced operational environments, with demonstrated ability to mobilize teams toward results achievement. Strong skills in schedule and resource management—optimizing time and ensuring operational efficiency—are essential.
