Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field. - Experience: 4 years in Human Resources and in onboarding and personnel integration processes. - Willingness and ability to travel. Responsibilities: - Coordinate onboarding and integration of new collaborators. - Manage documentation, tools, and access credentials. - Deliver onboarding training aligned with organizational culture. - Monitor performance and adaptation during the first 90 days. - Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs. - Support talent development, leadership, and integration strategies.
