Collaborative work environment and job stability Maintenance Supervisor (Hotel) A small-sized hotel located in Bosques de las Lomas is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of its facilities. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at the hotel. Handle basic repairs (electricity, plumbing, painting, etc.). Supervise the condition of guest rooms and common areas. Follow up on maintenance reports. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks. Requirements: Previous experience in general maintenance (hotels, buildings, or similar). Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general repairs. Desirable experience in floor and surface care (marble, polishing, etc.). Responsible, organized individual with a service-oriented attitude. We Offer: Monthly salary of $14,000. Job stability. Positive work environment.
