Job Summary: We are seeking an Air Conditioning Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage reports, and ensure electromechanical functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Air conditioning and hydraulic systems maintenance 2. Knowledge of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems 3. Service-oriented, responsible, and punctual attitude WE ARE SEEKING AN AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical High School Diploma or incomplete Bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum 1 year, verifiable. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning units, mini-splits, chillers, cassette-type units, air curtains, and precision equipment. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems, horizontal water pumps, flowmeters, pipe welding, and preferably with knowledge of water treatment (softening system). • Basic knowledge of maintenance for medium- and low-voltage equipment (electrical panels, UPS, transformers). • Daily activity reporting • Participation in training programs (Environmental Management System knowledge is desirable). • Coordination with external suppliers. • Performing necessary tasks to maintain properties in proper electromechanical condition, including furniture, electrical and mechanical installations located at the workplace. • Execution of maintenance programs, user report handling and resolution, troubleshooting service failures.
