Participation in large-scale projects Accounting Director with Trusts Experience We seek an Accounting and Trusts Director to lead accounting operations, supervise teams, and ensure financial compliance in large-scale projects and trusts, including operations related to the energy sector and government entities. We seek a strategic, analytical, and leadership-oriented profile capable of structuring accounting departments, optimizing processes, and supervising multiple projects. What We Offer Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 gross monthly (negotiable based on experience) Executive and strategic position Job stability Participation in large-scale projects Statutory benefits 30-day year-end bonus Leadership of consolidated accounting team Work location: Av. Paseo de las Palmas Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 (On-site) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (Mandatory) 8 to 12 years of accounting experience 4 to 6 years leading teams Trusts experience (Mandatory) Experience in accounting firms (Highly desirable) Experience in large-scale projects or the energy sector (Desirable) Intermediate to Advanced English Advanced Excel SAP Accounting proficiency Main Responsibilities Direct accounting operations for clients and trusts Supervise accounting team and workload distribution Preparation and analysis of financial statements Implementation of financial and accounting controls Supervision of audits Financial and budgetary planning Coordination with management and partners Structuring and improvement of accounting processes Key Skills Team leadership Strategic planning Decision-making Executive communication Negotiation Working under pressure Strategic and financial thinking. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience Age: between 35 and 55 years Keywords: leader, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, treasury, accounting, treasury
