Job Summary: We are seeking a Design and Direction Assistant to support promotional material editing, web development, packaging design, prepress, and commercial assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in editing and developing ideas for promotional materials and e-commerce 2. Packaging and packaging design and development, prepress, and new materials 3. Assistance in commercial administration, quotations, and customer service Design and Direction Assistant Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or related field (intern or graduate). • Experience: 1–2 years (preferred) in e-commerce and website maintenance, report preparation, and general administration. • ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED Knowledge: • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), AutoCAD, and SolidWorks. • WordPress • Website creation and development. • Photography capture and editing. • Logo and corporate identity design. • Manual and catalog design. • Printing materials and techniques. • Microsoft Office (Intermediate–Advanced Excel). Responsibilities: Support in editing and developing ideas for promotional materials (e-commerce), company website development, as well as its maintenance and promotion. Packaging and packaging design and development, dummy preparation, press approval at the machine, prepress preparation, development of a new line of materials, photos, imagery, and catalogs. Customer and supplier interaction. Support in commercial administration, quotation and report preparation, foreign customer service, export sales tracking, liaison with customs brokers and agencies. Executive assistance.
