System-based generation of master lists and support tasks A leading company in the logistics sector is seeking: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - NIGHT SHIFT JOB OBJECTIVE: Streamlines and coordinates customer transactions, keeping them informed about the status of their cargo and following up on any requirements needed for its handling and processing upon request. REQUIREMENTS:  Education: Bachelor's degree or technical administrative program, or related field.  Experience: Minimum 1 year performing customer service activities; experience as transportation operators is also acceptable. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE:  Direct customer interaction: Attends to, informs, and advises customers regarding procedures related to warehouse product intake and withdrawal.  Regarding the requester's product requirements, controls required services for goods.  Directly handles customer/prospect requests and visits, and supports administrative activities.  Responsible for operation-generated files, verifying and controlling documentation accompanying each shipment.  Generates in the system the master list used to associate products received at the warehouse, and additionally generates via system the tasks supporting product dispatch orders.
