Job Responsibilities Preparation of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reports Use of SAT (Tax Administration Service) system Reporting to public prosecutors’ offices Drafting of contracts Legal advisory and support regarding regulatory compliance Liaising with government authorities Reviewing and drafting contracts Managing procedures, licenses, and permits Requirements • Education: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law • Age: 35 years and older • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Corporate Lawyer • Preferred experience in microfinance institutions, SMEs, or pawn-related businesses • Advanced Excel proficiency (80%) Skills Highly proactive and analytical Organized Detail-oriented Compensation Offer Net monthly income: $18,000 Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus) Food vouchers Monthly bonuses starting from the ninth month VRIM card Attendance at annual convention, subject to performance Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Age: 28 years and older Knowledge: Legal advisory, Corporate law, Labor law, Contract drafting, Report preparation Keywords: lawyer, attorney, jurist, legal specialist, corporate, business, corporate lawyer
