Detect, report, and follow up on operational incidents Job Opportunity at Movon Logistic Solutions 5PL At Movon Logistic Solutions 5PL, we are seeking talent to join our team as a Control Desk / Technical Support professional — a key role to guarantee the proper execution and tracking of our logistics operations. Position Objective: Ensure operational visibility, control, and continuity in the warehouse through process monitoring, incident management, and technical support to involved departments. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate control desk activities within the warehouse. Monitor the flow of logistics operations (e.g., inbound, outbound, inventory, etc.). Detect, report, and follow up on operational incidents in real time. Analyze data and generate reports for continuous process improvement. Provide technical and operational support to various involved departments. Maintain constant communication with internal teams to ensure proper process execution. Requirements: Prior experience in control desk, logistics operations, or similar roles. Knowledge of logistics management systems (WMS, ERP, or similar). Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
