Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage general accounting, tax filings, audits, and client advisory services. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive accounting and tax management 2. Handling of audits and responding to official requests 3. Accounting advisory services and resolution of client inquiries Duties and Responsibilities: • General Accounting: Full accounting recordkeeping in Aspel COI system and preparation of financial statements. • Advanced Tax Management: Use of SAT portal for preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns. • Audits and Reviews: Responding to and following up on requirements or audits from SAT, IMSS, and the Ministry of Finance. • Internal Control: Analysis and reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy of balances. • Client Service: Direct communication with clients for basic advisory support and resolution of inquiries. Previous Work Experience: • 2 years in an accounting firm or similar roles • Experience handling audits.
