Proactivity and willingness to learn JOB OBJECTIVE A reputable company is seeking a Junior Accountant to execute and monitor the company's accounting and tax-related activities in accordance with current legal provisions, ensuring accurate transaction recording, documentary control, and support during financial closings. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recording of income, expense, and journal entries Review and validation of CFDI receipts Issuance of CFDIs and electronic payroll receipts Issuance of payment complements Filing and management of accounting and tax documentation Calculation and determination of provisional taxes (ISR, VAT, withholdings). Support during financial closings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) Bank reconciliations Preparation of DIOT Compilation of working papers Analysis of accounting accounts Management of accounts payable and receivable (AP / AR) Support in tax calculation and filing TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Proficiency in SAT portal Knowledge of current tax regulations (CFF, LISR, RLISR, VAT, IEPS) Electronic invoicing Payroll calculation and electronic receipts Intermediate Excel proficiency Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP systems (preferred) SOFT SKILLS Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information Organization and documentary control Numerical analysis and logical thinking Responsibility and timely task completion Proactivity and willingness to learn Teamwork and effective communication REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree exclusively in Accounting or Finance (graduated or intern) 6 months to 1 year of experience in general accounting Knowledge of CFDI, taxes, and payroll Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs, and Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 hrs Residence within a 1-hour commute from Santa Fe (Cuajimalpa) WE OFFER Net monthly salary of $13,500 to $15,000 (based on experience) Statutory benefits Dynamic and collaborative work environment -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 23 and 28 years Knowledge: Bank reconciliations, ERP Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, paymaster, controller, accountant, billing clerk, treasurer, accountant, junior
