We provide comprehensive advisory services in administrative and regulatory matters, with extensive expertise in the operation and regularization of commercial establishments in Mexico City. Job Description We seek a licensed attorney with strong experience in regulatory management and direct interaction with authorities, capable of leading the tracking, compilation, and resolution of complex administrative procedures. Main Responsibilities: - Compilation, review, and control of complete administrative files. - Comprehensive management for opening commercial establishments, including processing, regularization, and follow-up of permits, authorizations, and other competent administrative procedures. - Technical analysis and management of land use. - Obtaining safety and operational approvals. - Obtaining construction notices and permits from various competent authorities and institutions. - Responding to and following up on authority requests, inspections, and visits. Direct management of procedures before CDMX agencies, such as: - Municipal governments (Alcaldías) - INVEA (Administrative Verification Institute) - Civil Protection - SPOTMET (Secretariat of Planning, Territorial Ordering, and Metropolitan Coordination). Drafting legal documents, filing petitions, and handling administrative proceedings. Regulatory advisory services for clients in the restaurant industry. Internal coordination and follow-up of projects and procedures. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Law (licensed). Minimum GPA of 8.0. Solid knowledge of regulations applicable to commercial establishments. Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure, resolve contingencies, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills when dealing with authorities.
