Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician with experience in sports facilities, hospitality, or restaurants for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. 2. Cost-benefit analysis in the purchase of spare parts and materials. 3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations for aquatic facilities. GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Education: Completed technical programs or undergraduate studies (in progress or completed) in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in maintenance, preferably in gyms, sports clubs, hospitality, and restaurants. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, gym equipment, and swimming pools. Carry out maintenance activities according to the scheduled maintenance calendar and accurately complete logbooks for proper tracking. Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies, selecting the most cost-effective options from current suppliers. Inspect and evaluate the condition of facilities, reporting repair or improvement needs and, where applicable, proposing optimal solutions. Guarantee and conduct measurements of established pool parameters, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations for aquatic facility maintenance.
