Position Objective Develop and implement commercial strategies focused on selling memberships and corporate solutions, expanding the enterprise client portfolio and strengthening long-term relationships. Responsibilities Design and execute corporate (B2B) sales strategies. Prospect and develop new business opportunities with key enterprises. Negotiate and close commercial agreements with directors, CEOs, and decision-makers. Manage strategic relationships to ensure client retention and contract renewals. Collaborate with marketing and operations to develop compelling value propositions. Analyze market trends and customer behavior. Monitor commercial KPIs and sales performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate (B2B) sales. Proven experience negotiating with senior executives. Experience developing and implementing commercial strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Analytical ability and results orientation. Desirable: Experience in fitness, wellness, corporate benefits, or service/membership industries.
