What will you do? You will be the mind and engine behind our *maker*-style STEAM experiences: * Design and implement interactive experiences grounded in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics * Coordinate daily operations of the space (materials, flow, safety, experience quality) * Lead and develop the facilitator team (workshop instructors, technicians) * Translate complex concepts into simple, fun, and meaningful experiences * Ensure every visitor **touches, experiments, and discovers** * Manage operational metrics and continuous improvement Who are we looking for? Someone who combines creativity + structure + passion for learning by doing: * Academic background in STEAM fields, Industrial Engineering, Production Processes Engineering, Electrical-Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, or Industrial Design, Pedagogy with a STEAM/maker culture focus. * Experience coordinating teams and/or educational spaces, workshops, or creative laboratories * *Maker* mindset: prototype, test, fail, improve * Ability to operate with order without losing creative spark * Clear communication skills and energy to engage diverse audiences * Intermediate English (desirable) What will make you stand out? * You have worked in museums, interactive centers, laboratories, or experiential educational environments * You know how to turn an idea into a tangible activity * You enjoy working with children, yet also know how to lead teams firmly * You navigate comfortably between creativity and operations What do we offer? * Salary: $14,000 **gross** per month * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (savings fund, food vouchers, SGMM, and other institutional benefits) * Professional experience at one of Mexico’s most iconic museums * Space to propose, create, and experiment * Ongoing training in STEAM methodologies and experiential learning * A dynamic, creative, and purpose-driven work environment Schedule and Conditions * Work schedule: Full-time * Availability to work **weekends and holidays** (weekday rest days) * Work modality: In-person * Location: Papalote Museo del Niño, Chapultepec Come **create experiences that last a lifetime**.
