**Job Description:** At the university institute UNIEM, we are seeking a highly qualified and committed **Industrial Engineering Teacher** dedicated to high-quality academic training to join our teaching team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical classes in the field of Industrial Engineering, as well as participating in complementary academic activities. **Responsibilities:** * Teach subjects related to Industrial Engineering (e.g., logistics, quality, manufacturing, operations research, process management, ergonomics, etc.). * Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the academic program. * Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback. * Participate in academic meetings, tutoring activities, and teacher training. * Promote a positive and motivating learning environment. * Support research, industry linkage, or technological innovation projects when applicable. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and professional license. * **Teaching experience:** Previous teaching experience in higher education is desirable. * **Professional experience:** Experience in the industrial sector or areas related to engineering will be valued. * Up-to-date knowledge of tools, methodologies, and technologies applied in the industry. * Skills in using educational platforms (such as Moodle, Teams, Google Classroom, among others). * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Must have stamped income receipt from another source of income Employment type: Indefinite term Salary: $100\.00 \- $200\.00 per hour Benefits: * Study support Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Language: * English (Desirable) Workplace: On-site job
