Solid knowledge of: Federal Labor Law (LFT) Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT) Income Tax (ISR) National Workers' Consumption Fund (FONACOT) · Benefits and Perks: Statutory benefits and those exceeding legal requirements: Food vouchers Savings fund Life insurance Major medical expense insurance Main Responsibilities: Preparation and control of payroll, severance, and settlement processes. Management of IMSS affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments). Handling and validation of information in SUA and IDSE systems. Monitoring and fulfilling obligations toward IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and RETIRO. Handling internal and external labor and social security audits. Preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations.
