Position Objective Identify the best national suppliers complying with the regulations established by the Ministry of Economy, and develop the national supplier base for our industry Main Responsibilities Execute risk assessments on potential national suppliers. * Report, in a comparative manner, the results of risk assessments for potential national suppliers. * Communicate the highest-risk or outstanding elements of each supplier that could impact the success of new Italic projects, enabling our business to make appropriate decisions. * Workload management and goal planning. * Solve specialized technical issues in the field. * Document diagnostic and repair procedures for complex cases together with the Service network so they can be resolved correctly, quickly, and consistently across the national network. * Identify technical needs within the CESIT network in order to develop technical training plans for the national network. * Inform Failure Analysis about relevant product failure cases so root cause solutions can be pursued with suppliers. * Disseminate technical knowledge, solutions for known failures, and relevant product specifications to the service network and customers through technological platforms.
