Development of communication and negotiation skills **Description:** ---------------- Position: Field-based Educational Commercial Executive **Job Description:** We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented individual to join our team as a Linkage Executive in San Luis Potosí. The primary objective is to acquire new students through contact follow-up, field prospecting, and achievement of strategic sales targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Follow up with contacts and manage an agenda of in-person visits to educational institutions. * Conduct field prospecting to identify and open new opportunities. * Ensure achievement of monthly sales indicators and objectives. * Increase enrollment numbers during each recruitment period. * Negotiate with corporate clients to ensure institutional target achievement. * Organize events and activities with prospects, companies, and students. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (degree preferred). * Proven experience in sales, customer prospecting, and handling metric indicators. * Full understanding of field operations. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Availability for frequent local mobility within San Luis Potosí. * Effective communication skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, and sense of urgency.
