





Lux University invites you to join its team as Arts Program Coordinator. This person will be responsible for coordinating faculty members within the Arts Academy, providing student support, and promoting activities and events that foster student mobility. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate faculty activities within the Arts program, ensuring teaching quality and consistency. * Facilitate communication and collaboration among faculty for curriculum development and academic projects. * Provide academic guidance and support to students, helping them resolve issues and achieve their educational goals. * Monitor students’ academic progress and coordinate interventions when necessary. * Organize meetings and workshops to discuss students’ academic and professional progress. * Plan and organize activities and events that promote student mobility, such as exchange programs, exhibitions, workshops, and seminars. * Collaborate with cultural institutions and organizations to create opportunities for student mobility and professional development. * Promote student participation in competitions, artistic residencies, and other relevant events in the field of arts. * Maintain accurate records of academic and administrative activities, including scheduling and resource allocation. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Art Education, Cultural Management, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field. * Prior experience in an academic leadership role, preferably in higher education or the arts sector. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively. **Desirable** * Experience organizing cultural and artistic events. * Familiarity with student exchange programs and academic mobility initiatives. * Experience using educational technologies and academic management platforms. **Benefits** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Dynamic and creative work environment. * Access to resources and facilities for artistic project development. **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
