Job Summary: EDUCEM is seeking a Campus Coordinator to manage administrative, academic, and commercial operations, ensuring educational quality and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional development and growth EDUCEM REQUIRES: Campus Coordinator - Amealco Requirements: - Bachelor's degree (degree holder) - Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination or prefecture roles Knowledge: - Administration and management of service-oriented enterprises and customer service - Microsoft Office proficiency >90% - ERP-CRM (expert level) - Commercial processes - Academic management - Commercial management - Personnel management Functions/Responsibilities: - Achievement of established KPI targets including NI, RI, RA, CC, NPS, CA, and EBITDA. - Timely support to students, faculty, and general staff. - Ensure teacher recruitment, retention, and evaluation. - Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff. - Represent the institution at public and academic events within the locality and before public and private entities. - Ensure academic quality in classrooms. - Maintain campus facilities in optimal condition. - Ensure commercial process execution (planning visits, prospecting, generating calls and appointments, daily enrollment target). - Ensure students meet institutional entry and exit profile requirements. - Ensure student terminal efficiency. - Supervise regulatory compliance. - Guarantee adherence to institutional philosophy and current regulations.
