Location: **Ocoyoapark Industrial Park** **What Makes You a Great Candidate** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related field * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions * Experience managing personnel * Experience in product delivery or working for distribution centers (CEDIS) **Responsibilities:** * Review daily appointment calendar vs. MRP to ensure real-time updates. * Verify selected receipts on the floor: quantity, quality, batch, documentation, and system entry on the same day. * Record deviations in the incident logbook and close them with documentary evidence. * Review active orders against the project plan at the start of each shift and define operational priorities. * Supervise picking on the floor: correct product, quantity, location, batch, and physical validation prior to release. * Conduct weekly physical audits of inventory, locations, batches, and traceability. **Soft Skills:** * Operational leadership. * Planning and control. * Information analysis. * Effective communication. * Decision-making under pressure. **Benefits** * Monthly salary: $28,000\.00 net * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Indefinite-term employment contract * Quarterly performance bonus * Additional vacation days * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development. **Join this outstanding team!** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $28,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
