Excellent verbal communication and service-oriented mindset **CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Position: Talent Acquisition Analyst** **Aguascalientes, Ags.** \| **Full-time** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Engineering**, or related field. * Experience in **Recruitment and Selection** * Excellent **verbal communication** skills and service-oriented mindset. * Organization, follow-up ability, and **sense of urgency**. * Interview management and competency-based evaluation. * **Valid driver’s license (mandatory).** * Flexible availability of working hours **Main Responsibilities** * Posting and promoting job openings on job boards, social media, and internal channels. * Active recruitment and candidate attraction. * **Telephone screening** and initial profile validation. * In-person and virtual interviews (initial and/or competency-based). * Candidate profiling according to the requesting department’s requirements. * Candidate follow-up throughout the entire process. * Support in **onboarding / induction** processes. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm * **Saturdays:** 9:00 am – 2:00 pm **We Offer** * **$12,000 tax-free monthly salary** * **Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements** * Opportunity for growth and development within the group Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Administration: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On-site employment
