Estudio 80 is seeking Senior Advanced BIM Modelers to drive digital transformation in construction. Job Description: Modeling MEP projects; reviewing BIM development to ensure collision-free models; maintaining modeling pace; working toward objectives; documentation; parametrization; supporting Junior Modelers. Responsibilities: * Develop collaborative and coordinated BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects. * Monitor BIM model performance, ensuring information quality and consistency. * Keep the BIM model updated and continuously evolving. * Review project drawing versions to update the corresponding model. * Manage daily activities. * Provide support and mentorship to Junior BIM Modelers. * Conduct clash detection using Navisworks. * Work on collaborative platforms ACC and/or BIM 360. * Continuously review the BEP to ensure the BIM model aligns with project standards. * Meet established deadlines. Requirements: * Education: Architect, Civil Engineer, Architectural Engineer, or related field. * Must reside in Mexico City. Candidates from other states are not eligible to apply. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in BIM modeling for architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines using Revit. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP, Architecture, and Structure. * Goal- and results-oriented. * Willingness to relocate within Mexico or abroad, as required by project needs. * Proficiency in collaborative platforms ACC and/or BIM 360. * Proficiency in Navisworks. * Familiarity with structural documents such as BEP, OIR, EIR, MIDP, among others. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm; Saturday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Project Duration: 3 months, with possible extension based on performance.
