Conduct process elicitation across the organization, identifying activities, workflows, and existing procedures. 2\. Collaborate closely with clients and key users to understand their needs and objectives. 3\. Document current processes in detail and propose improvements and efficient solutions. 4\. Design and create flowcharts, process maps, and business models to visually and clearly represent processes. 5\. Define and document functional and non-functional system requirements for development, based on findings from process elicitation. 6\. Collaborate with the systems development team to ensure requirements are effectively implemented and aligned with business needs. 7\. Perform testing and validation of developed systems to ensure compliance with specifications and defined processes. 8\. Maintain effective communication with clients and key users to keep them informed about project progress and requirement changes. **Educational Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. **Skills and Experience:** 1\. Prior experience in process analysis and requirements documentation for systems 2\. Knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis methodologies. 3\. Experience using process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) and requirements documentation tools (e.g., UML). 4\. Ability to conduct interviews and workshops with clients and users to understand their needs and requirements. 5\. Experience using process diagramming software such as: MS Visio, EDRAW, Visme **Competencies:** 1\. Analytical ability and capacity to identify areas for process improvement. 2\. Ability to work under pressure 7\. High sense of urgency **What You Can Expect From Us:** 1\. Salary of 12,000 to 14,000 pesos per month, depending on qualifications 2\. 100% on-site work 3\. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM 4\.
